They've created this special get well soon cake box. These cakes are perfect for a tea time treat made with vegetables as the largest ingredient yet tasting like a regular cake also great with a cuppa. By using vegetables as the largest ingredient they can add a unique dimension to your cake but still tasting like a regular cake. All the cakes are hand made in small batches using their own vegetables & eggs where possible. The award winning cakes will be delivered by post to the door. Your get well soon cake selection will consist of: Chocolate Brownie with Sweet Potato Fruit Loaf with Parsnip & Lemon Icing Apricot & Almond with Carrot Carrot Cake with Vanilla Frosting Courgette Flapjack (if they have a shortage of something there will be a substitute cake in place). At Blackberry Cottage all the cakes are handmade in small batches they are then h&-wrapped & securely packed in the box. The cakes have been featured in magazines such as Vogue Saturday Independent The Telegraph Daily Mail Berkshire & Buckinghamshire Life among others.
